Personal data will be controlled by GRUPO AC MARCA, S.L., with Tax Identification Number B-61.711.503 and offices at Av. Carrilet, 293-297, 08907 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), Spain, which is the parent company of the AC MARCA business group.

AC Marca refers to both GRUPO AC MARCA, S.L. and any company directly or indirectly controlled by it.

Therefore, this Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected by AC Marca companies in relation to their products and services.

AC Marca does not collect personal data from users under the age of 18 without the consent of the person with parental authority or guardianship over the minor.

In cases where minors have submitted personal data through this website, AC Marca is not responsible, as the forms are intended exclusively for adults.

All data requested through AC Marca websites is mandatory, as it is necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the user. If all data is not provided, AC Marca cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.
