Specific scalp cleansing is an essential step to help promote optimal hair growth. Pilopeptan Scalp Pre-Shampoo Exfoliating Treatment combines key ingredients for deep yet gentle detoxification of the skin where hair grows.

An easy step to incorporate into your hair care routine, developed to remove impurities that build up on the scalp and may interfere with the hair growth cycle, weakening the hair. It also helps prepare the scalp to support the effectiveness of subsequent hair care treatments.

  • The exclusive formula of Pilopeptan Pre-Shampoo Exfoliating Scalp Treatment combines surfactants and exfoliating agents to provide effective yet gentle detoxification of the scalp. From the first wash, it helps remove cosmetic product residue, dead skin cells, sebum and other impurities that accumulate on the scalp every day, clogging the follicle and slowing down optimal hair growth.
  • The antioxidant action of Pyrus Malus extract, together with the protective action of Epilobium extract, helps protect the microbiota and strengthen the skin barrier function, supporting the scalp’s natural balance.
  • Suitable for sensitive scalps.
Apply a sufficient amount of product to wet scalp and massage actively for 2–3 minutes using your fingertips or the scalp mini brush included in the box. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. On a healthy scalp, it is recommended to use once every 1–2 weeks to keep the scalp clean and balanced.

Factors such as pollution, stress, hormonal changes or the use of harsh hair products or treatments can disrupt this “hair ecosystem”, causing excess oil, itching or flaking and affecting the hair growth cycle. Regular scalp exfoliation helps remove these residues, rebalance the microbiota and create optimal conditions for hair to grow and remain healthy.
Apply to wet scalp, massaging with your fingertips or with the help of the scalp mini brush. Then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water until completely removed and continue with your usual shampoo for cleansing. This scalp exfoliation process is recommended as a step before shampooing, not as a substitute for shampoo.
It is recommended to use a scalp exfoliator at least once a week to keep the scalp clean and balanced. In the clinical study conducted with Pilopeptan Scalp, results were already visible after 14 days (2 weekly uses) and became more established after 28 days (4 uses), with notable reductions in residue, flaking, erythema, seborrhoea and itching.
