Pilopeptan® Woman 5αR

A nutritional supplement in tablet form, specially formulated to combat the hair loss caused by androgenic alopecia in women. It helps to slow down hair loss thanks to its ingredients which have inhibitory effects on 5α-reductase, which is involved in the miniaturisation of the hair follicle. It aids normal hair growth, strengthens the hair fibre, and has antioxidant properties.

The 5α-reductase inhibiting effect is achieved thanks to the extract of Serenoa Repens L. (berries from the saw palmetto tree) and Cucurbita Pepo L. (pumpkin seeds). Vitamin E and zinc provide antioxidant benefits. The sulphur-containing amino acids, L-Cystine, and L-Methionine, help in the correct formation of keratin, the hair’s structural protein.

The B vitamins provide nutrition and help to maintain the hair correctly.

Take 1 tablet a day at breakfast for at least 6 months. For a sustained effect over time, we recommend taking it indefinitely, given the chronic nature of androgenic alopecia.
